Our ethos is to cultivate a gaming space where the outcome of conflicts, whether a lost battle or a high-speed pursuit, becomes a stepping stone for immersive and enjoyable role-play for everyone involved. Embrace the grit, savor the triumph, and let conflict sculpt your story. But don’t forget to enjoy yourself and have fun along the way.
While clear rules provide a foundation, our server champions immersive roleplay as the driving force of the experience. We encourage players to prioritize authentic character portrayal and engaging narratives over strict adherence to every point of regulation. Our dedicated team carefully evaluates potential rule violations with an eye towards their impact on the overall roleplay environment.
However, exceptional roleplay remains paramount. Both players and staff are expected to embody their characters with depth and dedication, contributing to a rich and dynamic world for all.
Zero Tolerance for Discrimination - Our server is a safe and welcoming space for all players. We strictly prohibit any form of racism, sexism, or hateful behavior to ensure a respectful and inclusive gaming environment.
Harassment, whether of a sexual nature or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. Behavior that involves persistent aggression, intimidation, or coercion, especially outside of in-character interactions, violates our server rules. Legitimate role-playing activities are exempt from this, provided they do not serve as a pretext to evade the repercussions of in-game actions. Should you experience harassment, please report it through a support ticket, and our team will assist in addressing the issue and guiding you on appropriate steps.
Maintain your character at all times. Address rule breaches after the scene concludes, except for severe violations like TOS breaches (sexual harassment, racism, etc). Continue scenes in-character, regardless of unexpected developments. This is a ROLEPLAY-FIRST SERVER; quality scenes are paramount.
Do not exploit game mechanics or bugs. Report any bugs to our team via Discord and refrain from using them.
Certain areas are designated as non-conflict zones where aggressive actions are not allowed. The only green zone in Geo City RP is Pillbox Medical.
Allow players exiting/entering “teleports” a chance for counterplay before engaging them. Do not camp apartments, elevators or other teleport points.
Your character should value their life and the lives of others they care about. This means acting realistically under threat and considering the consequences of your actions. If you choose not to value your life, expect serious consequences for those actions. Failure to value your life could result in permadeath, loss of a game mechanic (weapons, driving, running) or administrative action.
Engage in combat only after meaningful role-play interaction.
Avoid using out-of-character information for in-game advantage. This includes streaming information and exploiting game mechanics not intended for general use.
Support our streaming community positively. Do not use streams to gain unfair advantages in-game. You must not use language or conduct yourself in ways that violate the Twitch or Kick TOS.
Ensure that other players have options and can influence outcomes in any scenario. This includes providing kidnapped characters with viable choices during role-play (if the intent was to cause harm).
For sensitive or graphic role-play scenarios, obtain consent from all involved parties. This includes scenes of extreme nature or referencing sensitive topics such as Torture RP or Dismemberment RP.
Limit your group to a maximum of 5 for heists or criminal activities. Police can respond with up to 8 officers. If a scene is violent and an officer has been downed, all police may respond to any scene in resposne to a panic button.
A gang cannot “run” an entire neighborhood or street. Groups may claim small areas (small group of buildings) that you have laid claim to through roleplay and naturally acquired, tagged or cleared by government. If an area grows too large, government may reach out to the gang leader.
Avoid playing copyrighted music publicly. Ensure content creators are protected by using scenes and bouncers if a private party indoors has strikable music, especially during public events.
We encourage a healthy community but don’t mediate personal disputes outside the server. Address issues directly with the concerned party and adhere to rule #2.
This server is for players 18 and above. Conversation, humor and prose may be adult themed at times.
Uphold high-quality role-play. Disruptive or low-effort behavior will be addressed. Refer to rule #3 for guidance.
We welcome constructive feedback but expect respectful interactions with our staff. Complaints and ban appeals are handled impartially. If there are concerns with certain staff member(s), open a ticket and request admin or owner assistance. If this is abused your request allowed in the future. Don’t be toxic.
If you are banned from the general Discord, you must create a formal request in the Ban Appeals Discord. The staff who banned you will not have a vote with your appeal.
Using the ocean for story purposes is allowed but must not be exploited to force memory loss. Players can remember and tell police where they were downed and the police will handle the investigation from there using evidence mechanics.

We are committed to providing a fair and balanced gameplay experience for all players. Thank you for your cooperation in upholding these guidelines.
Raids are meant to be fun and create action in response to crimes committed by gangs when wearing gang colors. To provide gangs and PD with combat scenes that shouldn’t result in hurt egos. Geo City RP understands the time and effort you put into gathering your materials, weapons, and items. Full stash raids will not occur unless the gang is being disbanded or has become a hazard to the community. They must be approved by the city owner via Discord Ticket. Warrants for specific items with serial numbers may be approved by DOJ if available or Chief of Police.
Police are allowed to:
Remove all illegal weapons and contraband from all persons and vehicles used in the raid
Impound any vehicles with outstanding BOLOs or used during the raid
Sentence all members from the raid for 25 months at Boilingbroke for Gang Violence. There is no negotiating this.
Gangs can only rob the weapons that were shown during the fight
PD will not search gang stashes unless court ordered and will be formally approved by the chief of police. This is a rare occurrence as mentioned in the introduction.
Raids aim to create enjoyable action scenes for both sides. Gangs should maintain a lighthearted approach to ensure future raid opportunities.
Bank trucks, similar to gang raids but initiated by criminals, follow these rules:
Hunting rifles are strictly for hunting animals within designated hunting zones only. Their use is prohibited outside of these areas and for any purposes other than hunting animals. Utilizing hunting rifles in scenarios other than animal hunting within the specified zones constitutes a violation of server rules and will result in appropriate disciplinary actions.
Hostages cannot be used to secure police equipment, weapons, or to fulfill any demands that would unfairly disadvantage the police. This encompasses requests to limit police resources, such as the exclusion of interceptors or other specific ground units. The only monetary demand allowed is cash, with a maximum limit of $1,000 per hostage. Additionally, each hostage entitles the captors to one demand. The stipulations for free passage and the prohibition of spike strips are automatically granted in hostage situations and do not count towards the demand limit.
